Registration

Parents seeking admission for their wards should obtain prospectus and an application form for registration.

Application for registration must be accompanied by

  • A photocopy of birth certificate from municipality or notified area committee or office of Birth & Death.
  • Transfer Certificate from the previous school.
  • Latest progress report card of the student.

Registration does not guarantee admission. Admission is purely based on the entrance test and interaction with the parents in presence of the child. The registration fee is valid only for the year for which the child is registered and is neither refundable nor transferable to another year.

  • Admission is granted as per UP BOARD norms.
  • For admission in Nursery, the age of the child as on 01.04.2018 should be 3 years and 6 months.
  • For admission in Pre-Nursery, the age of the child as on 01.04.2018 should be 2 years and 6 months.
  • The students found eligible will be issued Admission Card. The parents must submit the Admission Card along with payment within seven days of the declaration of the merit list for admission to the school otherwise the seat will be allotted to the next candidate.

Withdrawal

  • For withdrawal of a student, at least Thirty Days notice must be given to the Principal in writing.
  • The student’s withdrawal, for whatever reason, shall entail forfeiture of the entire fee paid. Parents are required to carefully go through this condition before they admit their ward to the school.
  • A Transfer Certificate will be issued only after obtaining certificate stating that all dues have been paid and school’s library books and property returned.
